We love Erika so much! My grandmother was using Instacart and I had no clue who was going inside her home to drop off groceries. It made me uncomfortable not knowing the people helping her so I switched her to the Dumpling app with Erika! I've been using Erika for several years to shop for me and I know how trustworthy she is. She makes sure she checks in when there are items she's not sure of, she takes the time to talk to me or my grandmother on what she needs and she helps her get her groceries into the house when they are heavy or it's hot outside. Erika is kind and compassionate and we honestly could not ask for better!
