Jannell is great! Very communicative regarding substitutions and items that are out of stock, picked fresh produce, and all around just lovely to work with. I'll definitely have her shop for me again in the future.

I live in NC, but I have a friend hospitalized in Richmond. When I called Jannell to ask if she was up for the weird and complicated task of shopping to meet hospital requirements and delivering to an ER, she didn't hesitate to help. She made a difficult and frustrating situation fully manageable. If Jannell can make things work in a situation as complicated as this, I am sure she can handle anyone's weekly grocery shopping needs.
